Tsaruk Group is a family-owned real estate team led by Yanek and Luba Tsaruk. Our Story
Yanek and Luba were both born in Ukraine. They first built a life in New York before moving to Florida in 2011 with their four children — and there is no other place they would rather call home. What began as a fresh start in a new country grew into a shared passion for real estate and for helping other families find their place in Central Florida.
That immigrant experience shapes how they work. They know what it means to start over, to navigate an unfamiliar system, and to put down roots — and they bring that empathy to every client. By 21 he was already self-employed, and over the years he has earned a reputation as a visionary and a creative problem-solver. Yanek and Luba have raised four remarkable sons — Nazar, Mark, David, and Ivan. As a close-knit family, they treasure their time together, from cheering at soccer games to worship and music at their local church. They are active members of their church community, where they lead the Teen Group, and they devote much of their time to serving others.
